What if I'm not happy after I buy?
You have 14 days from the date of purchase. If you're not happy with the setup — the dashboard, the design, anything — email us within 14 days and we'll refund in full. Account closed, no questions asked. The guarantee doesn't apply after your wedding has taken place, since the album will have already been used.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay $299 once. There are no monthly or annual fees. Your wedding album is hosted for 12 months from your wedding date.
Are there per-guest charges?
No. Every guest who opens the link or scans the QR code can view content, upload photos and videos, and leave guestbook messages at no additional cost. There is no limit on the number of guests.
What happens after 12 months?
Before your album expires, you'll have two options: keep your memories in a free album forever, or choose lifetime access to the full web album on your personal web address for one time $199. We'll notify you in advance.
How do guests upload photos to the wedding album?
Guests tap the link or scan the QR code displayed at the venue. They pick a nickname and can immediately upload photos and videos from their phone. No account, no app, no email required.
Can I download all my wedding photos and videos?
Yes. You can download any photo or video at any time during your 12-month access period. Everything uploaded — by you, your photographer, and your guests — is available to download.
