Terms of Service

Welcome! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wedding Memory platform. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Overview
This platform allows you to:
- View and download your wedding photos and videos
- Share access with wedding guests via QR codes
- Allow guests to upload their photos and videos
- Comment and interact with content
- Access a digital guestbook
2. Account & Access
2.1 Access Grant
You are granted access to this private platform for your wedding content.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
2.3 Guest Access
You may generate QR codes to share with wedding guests. You are responsible for whom you grant access.
2.4 Access Duration
Access is provided for 12 months from your wedding date. After this period, content will be permanently deleted unless you extend access.
3. Content & Intellectual Property
3.1 Professional Content
All photos and videos created by your photographer or videographer remain their intellectual property per your agreement with them.
3.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload.
3.3 Guest Content
Content uploaded by your guests belongs to the respective guest.
3.4 License to Platform
By uploading content, you grant the platform a non-exclusive license to store, process, display, and transmit your content solely to provide these services.
3.5 Prohibited Content
You and your guests must not upload:
- Illegal, defamatory, or obscene content
- Content infringing third-party rights
- Malware or harmful code
- Inappropriate content depicting minors
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share access credentials with unauthorized persons
- Use the platform for commercial purposes
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise platform security
- Upload prohibited content
- Violate any applicable laws
- Reverse engineer or copy platform features
5. Privacy & Data
5.1
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
5.2
You acknowledge that:
- Wedding Memory provides technology infrastructure
- Data may be stored on servers outside your country
5.3
You are responsible for informing guests that their uploads and information will be processed through this platform.
6. Payment & Refunds
6.1
The $299 one-time fee covers 12 months of hosting. There are no monthly fees, per-guest charges, or hidden costs.
6.2
Additional storage is available at $5 per 10GB. Most weddings stay well within the included 30GB.
7. Content Backup & Deletion
7.1
This platform is for viewing and sharing, not permanent storage. Download and back up any content you wish to keep.
7.2
Content will be permanently deleted after the hosting period expires. No recovery is possible after deletion.
7.3
You are solely responsible for downloading content before the deletion date.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
9. Termination
9.1
You may stop using the platform at any time. This does not extend the deletion timeline.
9.2
We may terminate access if you violate these Terms.
9.3
Upon termination, your access ends immediately. Download content before termination.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
11.1
These Terms are governed by Delaware law.
11.2
Contact us at support@wedding-memory.com before pursuing legal action.
11.3
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware.
11.4
Claims must be brought individually, not as part of class actions.
12. General
12.1
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
12.2
Unenforceable provisions do not affect remaining Terms.
